the verYoung (pronounced the-very-young) is a fashion goods brand, rooted in experiences about the fashion department in both home and foreign, directed by Seyoung Eum who is a woman's wear designer. the verYoung offers ready made goods and a variety of visual contents to reinforce an approach to lifestyle and its unique concept; the beauty of corruption from an immature woman who is in unstable, imperfect condition but always has a romantic fantasy like a little girl at the same time, which is a distinct muse and origin. Manufacturing of all products is based in Seoul, South Korea with a core value of the brand to be made from the best available and particular opinion regarding materials, fit and the making process. The result is to be a young brand embracing the now in a sophisticated manner.
The first collection of the verYoung is titled Soda meets Vodka. It is inspired by an arcane, unstable but romantic atmosphere from a woman who has different sides of emotions between an adolescent girl and mature individual. Soda meets Vodka shows unique and sensible leather goods with very symbolic and metaphorical visual materials. This collection also delivers a certain message; we all feel the same way, loneliness, instability and innocence of childhood. We all desire more attention and love from others whether young or not.
